  • World Cancer Day

    World Cancer Day is organized by the Union of International Cancer Control (UICC) to focus on personalized, people-centered cancer care and stories, encouraging global action and awareness. The campaign emphasizes that every cancer journey is unique, calling for unity in recognizing individual needs and supporting those affected by the disease. 

  • Waitangi Day – New Zealand

    The national day of New Zealand. Traditional activities include Māori cultural performances, speeches from Māori and Pakeha (European) dignitaries, and a naval salute. Waitangi also hosts a festival on the day that includes music, dance, traditional Māori customs and food.

  • Carman Community Supper
