Module 3 – Change & Settlement
How hard can it be to move? You find a place, settle down, and get on with life, right?
This two-hour interactive workshop explores the influencing factors on settlement and successful integration for newcomers. We go below the surface and look at some of the deeper factors that impact settlement experience. At the end of this workshop, we will be able to:
- Consider how we experience change.
- Examine the realities of change.
- Relate newcomer experiences to personal experience.
- Create an action plan to support Connecting Cultures & Communities in the Pembina Valley.
