Faces of Winkler – Stories of our Neighbors reception

This year’s Faces of Winkler exhibit highlights the meaningful relationships between newcomers and long-time residents. This exhibit will include some of our PVLIP members. The exhibit will be up for July and August, and the opening reception will be June 29.
