Tu Bishvat, or the “New Year for Trees,” is a Jewish holiday on the 15th of Shevat (usually Jan/Feb) marking the ecological awareness day in Israel, where trees are planted, and celebrated with fruit and a seder to reflect on nature and our connection to the land, symbolizing a new cycle for trees and a spiritual renewal.
